I got the caller ID working for Telenet on the FXO port:

Caller ID Scheme: Bellcore/Telcordia
FSK Caller ID Minimum RX Level (dB): -60
Caller ID Transport Type: Relay via SIP From
AC Termination Model: Impedance-based
Choose: COMPLEX2 - 270 ohms + (750 ohms || 150nF)
Number of Rings: 2 (minimum, number is transmitted while ringing)

This worked for me.

And make sure you make it ring once or twice before it gets passed to asterisk,
otherwise the Caller ID (which is sent during the first ring) is not received and passed on to asterisk.
